Glimt 2025: Doppler
1/11-14/12 Doppler is an interactive light and sound installation that plays with movement, shadow and sound.
The work consists of three transparent acrylic columns with rotating mirror panels and light sources that react to the viewer's presence.
At Filmtaget, the installation's dynamics create a constantly changing experience, where light and sound unite in a hypnotic interplay that involves both the surroundings and the audience at Glimt i Tranekær 2025.
About the artist
Søren Lyngsø Knudsen is a Danish artist who explores the interplay between sound and visual art.
With a background in electronic music and a passion for technology, he creates immersive works that invite interaction. His installations, such as ‘Doppler’, transform sound into light and shapes into experiences where the viewer becomes part of the work.
Søren creates a sensory dialogue between space, time and technology.

The Light Festival in Tranekær from 1 November to 14 December 2025 is open daily from 16:00-21:00.
