Look forward to a warm bowl of homemade soup with tasty toppings and a freshly baked sourdough bread on the side. A simple and delicious menu, perfect for warming up at Glimt. The manor stable at the foot of Tranekær Castle provides a cosy setting for communal dining with time to chat and enjoy the peace and quiet.
The soup is made by Janne, who runs the Orangeriet café in Tranekær in the summer.
