Glimt presents PianoPassion at Tranekær Church: classical piano, keyboard and organ meet electronic sounds and improvisation.
Classical piano meets electronics
PianoPassion takes the audience through light and darkness – from the first glimmer of dawn to the quiet flicker of night. The duo Eva Gerlach-Kling and Stefan Kling play piano, keyboard and organ, combining classical music with electronic sounds and improvisations. This creates an intense, immersive concert experience in Tranekær Castle Church, where there is room for nuances of departure, longing and a touch of horror.
The church interior as a co-performer
Tranekær Church provides a beautiful setting for the concert, enhancing the acoustic sounds and electronic layers. The audience can look forward to a concentrated listening space where tranquillity and contemplation go hand in hand with curiosity.
Before or after the concert, the audience is invited to experience the Glimt festival in the Medicine Gardens and TICKON on their own.
