A musical summer evening surrounded by nature
Suoni Gård Forening invites you to the opening concert in the charming Red Barn in the peaceful countryside of Illebølle. The Suoni Gård International Music Festival 2025 will be launched with an intimate concert that combines nature, community and classical music of the highest standard.
Strong musical names in beautiful surroundings
The programme ranges from Bach and Debussy to Piazzolla and Ravel – all performed by a hand-picked ensemble consisting of flutist Siobhan Lamb, guitarist Vincent Lindsey-Clark, trumpeter Gerard Presencer and the Suoni Chamber Singers. The rustic barn, Red Barn, provides the perfect setting for the concert and creates a sense of intimacy between the audience and the musicians.
Music that listens to the place
The concert is exclusive to members of Suoni Gård Forening – an artist-run non-profit association based on Langeland. The association works to bring professional music out into nature and strengthen communities through artistic encounters and experiences in the open air.
Practical information
The concert is for members only, and registration is through the association. There is no public transport directly to Suoni Gård, but the venue can be reached by bike, car or carpool from Rudkøbing. The Red Barn has limited access for people with walking difficulties – please contact the association for further information.
