Make chestnut animals during the autumn holidays

Unleash your creativity during the autumn holidays – make chestnut animals with your family at the Langeland Visitor Centre.

Autumn holiday with chestnut creativity at the Rudkøbing Visitor Centre

During the autumn holiday, week 42, the Langeland Visitor Centre in Rudkøbing invites children and creative souls of all ages to enjoy some fun chestnut creativity. At our craft table, you can let your imagination run wild and make fun chestnut animals from Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. The activity is free and no registration is required. The only limit is your imagination – make a spider, a bat, a dog, a giraffe with pipe cleaners or perhaps a whole forest of little creatures. It's all about togetherness, fun and creative play – and everyone can join in.

While children and adults enjoy themselves with chestnut animals, you can explore the Visitor Centre, which is open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Here you will find brochures about the island's many attractions, bathing water maps, bus and ferry timetables and lots of other information material. You can also buy books, posters, postcards and various maps, including cycle route maps and city walking guides.
