Music, intimacy and island life in the front row
Strynø Unplugged is a music festival where acoustic folk and country meet the unique island life of the South Funen Archipelago. The festival takes place on Strynø – a little gem in the middle of a UNESCO Global Geopark, where audiences can enjoy intimate musical experiences, cold drinks and a couple of days in slow motion.
The stage is set under the open sky with high ceilings, and the music is provided by both established and upcoming artists who love the acoustic sound. There are no big stages or noise here – just lots of intimacy, a genuine atmosphere and good conversations in the breaks between concerts.
Island life as the backdrop for it all
Strynø Unplugged is not just about music. It's about being together. You feel the tranquillity of the island, greet the local enthusiasts, eat homemade food and let your shoulders drop. Here, there is time to chat with your neighbour and experience how a small island can bring locals and visitors together in a community around good music.
