Celebrate International Knitting Day at Masker & Mokka

A day of tranquillity, yarn and togetherness

At Masker & Mokka in Humble, International Knitting Day is celebrated with a cosy knitting event where the pace slows down and there’s room to simply be present. The day is a global celebration of handicrafts, creativity and community, where knitters meet and share the joy of yarn.

It’s not about getting as much done as possible, but about enjoying the process, finding inspiration and spending time with others who share a passion for knitting.

Creative immersion in beautiful surroundings

Masker & Mokka provides the setting for a day where creativity is given free rein. Bring your own knitting and find a nice spot in the green surroundings. Many also choose to bring a blanket or a chair for extra comfort.

The event is for everyone – whether you’re a beginner or an experienced knitter. This makes it an ideal opportunity to both learn new things and share inspiration.

Experiences near Humble

When you visit Masker & Mokka, you can easily combine the day with other experiences on Langeland. Take a trip to Lindelse Nor, for example, and experience the unique landscape that forms part of the UNESCO Global Geopark South Funen Archipelago. The area also offers charming villages, excellent cycling routes and small local experiences that are perfect for a relaxed day on the island.

Practical information

Limited number of places – registration recommended: info@maskerogmokka.dk

The event takes place outdoors, so we recommend bringing your own knitting and, if necessary, a seat pad or chair. The area is accessible to most people, but the ground surface may vary. Humble can be reached by public transport from major towns on Funen, and it’s a great idea to combine your visit with a bike ride or walk in the area.
