Get acquainted with nature's vast larder as we collect edible wild plants and conjure them into delicacies at the nature centre's mobile outdoor kitchen.

With the basket over our arm, we first explore and collect edible wild herbs from nature and supplement with a few vegetables and herbs from the centre's kitchen garden. Then we gather at the nature centre's outdoor kitchen, where we turn it all into spring rolls, samosas, pestos, herb dishes and other wild delicacies.

Price: DKK 25 plus admission to Skovsgaard.
