Christmas in Rudkøbing – atmospheric Christmas market in Torvet
Two days of local temptations and genuine Christmas cheer
On Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 December, Torvet in Rudkøbing will be transformed into a cosy and illuminated Christmas market, where you can explore stalls filled with handmade goods, Christmas treats and creative gift ideas. Here you will find everything from ceramics and knitwear to honey, soaps, handicrafts and freshly baked Christmas treats – all made with love by passionate Langelanders.
Shops and cafés are open and celebrating Christmas
The whole town is buzzing with activity when the shops open their doors with Christmas gift ideas and extra good offers. Several shops and eateries are participating with small Christmas activities and treats. At Korea Kaffebar you can get coffee, tea and pastries, Dybendal serves mulled wine, and Isbutikken tempts you with roasted almonds.
Music and Christmas spirit in the streets
The Christmas spirit is enhanced by live music from the students of Musik Efterskolen, who spread joy with their music and singing. Combine this with the smell of mulled wine, smiling people and Christmas lights, and you have the recipe for a relaxed December day in the heart of Langeland.
