Vital Festival - Tranekaer Center
A Grow Up Festival – six inspiring summer days full of vitality, movement, contemplation and a sense of community. Combined with beautiful natural surroundings, sound healing, meditation, delicious food and positive energy.
The VITAL Festival brings together many different paths to human development. Here, modern knowledge about the body and the nervous system meets indigenous traditions of wisdom, spirituality, dance, movement and creativity.
Through the festival’s workshops and shared experiences, you can explore different aspects of yourself, try out new practices, work with your hands, learn, play and let your body be present. Some workshops go deep, others are playful or creative, and in between we come together for music, ceremonies, conversations and celebration. You choose your own path through the days and can follow whatever stirs something within you.
VITAL means vitality or life energy – the force that drives us to move, create, connect and reach out into life. The festival’s symbol is the Tree of Life, and the same movement runs through VITAL: we need roots and a sense of grounding to be able to grow, flourish and reach out towards the world and one another.
That is why VITAL encompasses both the inward and the outward. You can turn inwards whilst at the same time feeling the joy of being part of a community. You can find peace and contemplation, and later find yourself in the midst of dance, music and life. It is a festival with room for learning and development, play and creativity, depth and celebration.
